All products sold on EbooksJungle are digital eBooks delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products:

🚫 No refunds or exchanges once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered

2. Exceptions (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- The eBook file is corrupted or unreadable
- The wrong eBook was delivered
- The download link is not working and our support team fails to resolve the issue
In such cases, we may:
- Replace the file, OR
- Provide store credit, OR
- Issue a refund (at our sole discretion)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Incompatibility with your device or software

- Downloaded and used content
- Unauthorized sharing or misuse of files
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
